PSOE asks the Board with an updated catalog of the road network in Castilla y Le?n.
Valladolid, June 28 .- The Socialist Group spokesperson on Development, Ana Munoz de la Pena, has now sued the government of Castilla y Leon to edit and update a catalog of the road network ownership complying with the autonomic provisions of the Law of Roads.
Through a statement, Munoz de la Pena has denied that the catalog included in the Road Sector Regional Plan, tera gold, 2008-2020 is the document which requires the Highways Act.
The Socialists have denounced the latest updated catalog dates from 2003, so consider that "they have produced many changes on the roads, so the Board must meet the challenge of the Highways Act to approve a new force."
For Munoz de la Pena, "it is incomprehensible, sto energy credits, that Castilla y Leon has not yet approved the updated catalog, especially taking into account the changes on the road network of the Community in the years that have elapsed since the previous approval."
The Socialist Party believes that since the adoption of the current catalog, "there are less than 141 km roads and that the percentage of, sto energy credits, road length km de Castilla y Leon Spain in total, according to the land surface has changed in recent years, from 0.35 percent to 0.34 percent.
