Five arrested in operation against drug trafficking in Tenerife.
Santa Cruz de Tenerife, July 21 .- The National Police have broken up an organization dedicated to traffic cocaine and hashish in Tenerife, in an operation in which five people have been arrested and two kilograms of narcotics involved, two vehicles, 53,000 euros and electronic material.
According to a statement from the Provincial Commissioner, detainees have been identified as MCT, 34 years; BN, 27; FCB, 46, YCF,, mortal gold, 39, and EACC, 51 years.
The research, called "Operation Kodak," began to be aware that a person engaged in the sale and distribution of drugs in the south of the island.
Thus was established a monitoring device that culminated in the first instance, with the arrest of two people, MCT and BN, and the seizure of one kilogram, mafia wars items, of hashish.
In a second operation is proceeded to the arrest of three people in Adeje, FCB, YCF, and EACC, as well as the seizure of one kilogram of cocaine, 53,000 euros and two high-end vehicles.
Given the suspicions that the detainees may conceal narcotics in the apartment they used as a store, they proceeded to seek a writ of entry, search and were found jewelry, electronic equipment and various effects.
