Municipality of Cuenca and Health Counseling sign an agreement to develop the Social Integration Plan II.
The Minister of Health and Welfare, Fernando Lamata, has signed with the mayor of Cuenca, Francisco Javier Pulido, the agreement that was developed by the Social Integration Plan II.
