Chris Taylor of Gas Powered Games, has spoken with the European magazine Total PC Gaming on the current state of compatible and fallen earth chips, predicting a grim future for them.
“Whenever you have a property system is like a benevolent dictatorship, there are some benefits, but fail in terms of long life,” said Taylor. “This is something that has been true for years and years in the history of technology, even in the history of the world itself.”
